Fees and Value

Hornets Baseball is offering  a complete baseball experience beginning with indoor instruction all the way through tournament play. Compared to the for-profit academies, Hornets Baseball offers more for less. The cost includes most fees that a family would encounter and tries to eliminate hidden, unplanned expenses. It does not include costs for items of personal preference such as, gloves, bats, spikes, etc., or travel.

What Players Get:
  • ~25+ games to play - 6 tournaments and 6 individual games

  • 10 winter, indoor practices with specialized instruction

  • 17, in-season practices with instruction

  • An expert coaching staff with college playing experience plus college,
    high school, academy, and travel coaching experience

  • An experienced head coach without a son or relative on the team

  • High quality, button-down, Home jersey with name and number

  • High quality, button-down, Away jersey with name and number

  • 2 pairs of quality baseball pants

  • Team belt and 2 pairs of socks

  • High quality hat with embroidered logo and player’s number

  • Practice shirt with logo, name, and number

  • Tracking and access to detailed player stats

  • Coaches' review and analysis of player's stats; Feedback provided to player

  • Use of team equipment

Cost per Player: $1575

 

  • $500 due at time of accepting roster spot

  • Balance due on March 1, 2020

This is a Not-for-Profit entity. Any surplus of monies collected will be re-invested into the team.

 

The Hornets Baseball 13U Team

Our travel baseball team is instructed by experienced coaches and plays tournaments and games in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Tryouts for roster spots is now open and is best for baseball players living in Delaware, Chester and Montgomery counties in PA.
